2. Our Services

Finite Event Planning provides tailored event management services, including:

• Corporate, sporting, and private event planning
• International event logistics
• Risk, safety, and emergency planning consultancy
• Venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and on-site management

Each service is delivered under a written proposal, quote, or contract outlining the specific scope, costs, and timelines agreed with the client.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed once a written agreement or contract has been signed and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.
• Payment schedules, including deposit amounts and final balance due dates, will be specified in your event proposal or contract.
• All payments must be made in GBP (£) by bank transfer or an agreed method.
• Late payments may result in delays, service suspension, or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
• Cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
  
  • More than 90 days before the event: Deposit retained, balance refunded.
  • 30–90 days before the event: 50% of total event fee payable.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of total event fee payable.

• Any non-refundable supplier or venue costs incurred on your behalf will be charged in full.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, safety concerns, or non-payment).

5. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and required information promptly.
• Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents (unless otherwise agreed).
• Ensure timely payment in line with the agreed schedule.
• Treat all suppliers, contractors, and staff with respect and professionalism.

We reserve the right to withdraw services if a client’s actions or requests compromise safety, legality, or ethical standards.

6. Changes to Services

If you request changes after booking (e.g. date, location, guest numbers, or scope), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.
Additional costs may apply for alterations, rescheduling, or extended hours.

7. Liability

• While every care is taken in planning and delivery, Finite Event Planning cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including third-party failures, force majeure, or unforeseen incidents.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
• Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate event insurance to cover cancellations, damages, or liabilities.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, photography, and materials provided by Finite Event Planning are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.
